Citymark Capital is a Cleveland-based private equity real estate investment firm and fund manager that invests in multifamily across the U.S. Citymark provides joint venture equity for value-add, multifamily investments, executed by experienced regional and national operating partners. The firm targets institutional-quality, garden-style communities ranging in size from 100-500 units, in the top U.S. markets based on population.

Across its first two funds, Citymark has made investments in properties located in Dallas, Las Vegas, Northern New Jersey, Orlando, Houston, Raleigh, Atlanta, Phoenix, Columbus, Denver, Austin and Salt Lake City. Citymark is actively raising and deploying Fund III.

Kaulig Capital team members have known Citymark CEO and Founder, Daniel Walsh, within the Northeast Ohio deal community for years prior to Kaulig’s participation in Citymark’s inaugural fund in 2017.
