Inspired by broad casualization trends and leveraging previous experiences as designers at top footwear companies, Co-CEO’s Hope & Justin Schneider sought to design a fashionable, comfortable, and performance driven dress shoe. Committed to craftsmanship and quality, Wolf & Shepherd features dress shoes that are boardroom approved, but versatile enough to run a half-marathon and Run with the Bulls. Following early success leveraging its direct-to-consumer website, Wolf & Shepherd now has its own retail locations throughout the United States and also featured at a number of ‘Big Box’ stores including Nordstrom, Rhone, and Von Maur.
Kaulig Capital invested in Wolf & Shepherd in the summer of 2024. Co-CEO, Hope Schneider, is a native of Hudson, Ohio, and was introduced to the Kaulig Capital team through long-term business relationships.
