Green Drink Specialist AG1 Names Cole CEO, Succeeding Ashenden

Kat Cole has been promoted to CEO of AG1, a Kaulig Capital portfolio company. Cole joined AG1 in December 2021 as President and COO, with the intention of eventually stepping into the CEO role. She succeeds Chris Ashenden, the founder of AG1, who will remain on the Board of Directors. With over 20 years of leadership experience, including her previous role as President and COO of Focus Brands, Cole is well-equipped to lead AG1’s continued growth and innovation. This leadership change marks a new phase for AG1 as it scales and stabilizes its operations while continuing to develop new products and expand distribution.
