Leaf Home™ Appoints Rocco Mango Chief Executive Officer and Rex Tibbens Executive Chairman of the Board

Leaf Home, Kaulig Companies’ legacy business, announced the appointment of Rocco Mango as its new Chief Executive Officer. Mango joined Matt Kaulig’s leadership team at Leaf Home as Chief Operating Officer in 2019. He was appointed as interim CEO since April 2024 and continues to express his commitment to driving innovation and delivering value to customers by helping them protect and enhance their most valuable asset—their home. Mango brings a wealth of expertise to this role, with leadership experience in his previous roles as Chief Manufacturing, Product and Innovation Officer at Performance Health and President and COO at The Hygienic Company.
Leaf Home also appointed Rex Tibbens, as Executive Chairman. Tibbens plans to leverage his leadership experience as the former CEO of Frontdoor and the COO of Lyft. Together, the new leadership team is focused on sustaining the company’s vision while fostering growth and profitability.
