Founded in 2018 by Akron, Ohio, native Tyler Dunagin, Turnserv’s platform of value-add B2B multifamily real estate services including apartment painting, Liquid Liner (proprietary product), and apartment flooring solutions. Together, these forward-facing brands provide property managers and owners with a synergistic solution for apartment turnover needs. Turnserv currently services the Cleveland, Akron, Youngstown and Columbus areas, with near-term geographic expansion plan for all of its brands. Kaulig Capital completed a growth equity investment in the business on June 26, 2024.
